Tomahawk Tuff Cut ® twist drills are made out of the
finest raw materials available for the longest life possible. The drill products are
available in Brite Finish, Black Oxide coating, M42 - Cobalt and Titanium
Nitrate coating.
"State of the art" production equipment includes; Cincinnati centerless
grinders, Normac fluting and splitting machines, Winslow pointing machines, Grefa machines
for small diamenter drills, GTS Schmidt Yag 300 Laser marking system , and a Robotic
controlled liquid salt heat treat system.
Quality control equpiment includes a Mitutoyo laser scan micrometer for checking drill
diameter , a Metronic Quadro Check point checker, and a Wilson Recoli hardness checker.
